Joshua F. Cervantes is a skilled Trial Attorney with Sullivan & Sullivan, where he represents clients in catastrophic personal injury, premises liability, and wrongful death matters. As a first-generation attorney, Joshua brings a deep sense of purpose to his work and is committed to fighting for individuals and families during the most difficult moments of their lives. 

Before joining Sullivan & Sullivan, Joshua worked as a defense attorney at a national civil litigation firm representing corporations, public entities, trucking companies, and builders. He now uses that experience to advocate for injured plaintiffs, giving him valuable insight into how opposing counsel evaluate and defend cases.

Joshua has helped secure millions of dollars for his clients over the course of his career. More importantly, he takes pride in being a trusted ally to the individuals and families he represents, guiding them through the litigation process with preparation, compassion, and relentless advocacy.
